The 4th bedroom is a spare for guests to stay over. This spare room could be used to accomodate you if you need a place before the main bedroom becomes available on Jul 16. The location is superb, being about a 10 min walk to the Queen Street AND Valley Malls. A free "Spring Hill Loop" bus stop taking you to the city is less than 200 meters away from the front gate. On street parking permits can be arranged for your car should you need it. The house has enough communal space that you will always have privacy should you want it.

There are huge enclosed balconies, lounge room, separate room for the kitchen and a back yard equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and we also have a thoroughly awesome "mancave"/"womancave" downstairs where you can drink, smoke and party without disturbing other housemates! The lounge has a large television, great hi-fi stereo, bluray player and a large vinyl and CD music collection. The kitchen has everything you will need and even boasts an often used bread maker.

NBN wireless fibre optic broadband is available to you for an extra $32 a month. All electricity and gas bills are shared. Smoking is outside, or in the mancave/womancave only.

There is an full-time indoor cat so you'll need to be cool with keeping the front and back doors closed at all times.

Minimum stay is 3 months.

As there is only one bathroom and one toilet couples will NOT be accepted because conveniences need to be convenient...
