The room comes furnished and is bright, spacious and comfortable, in a well-located penthouse with access to all standard amenities.
There is one parking space for the apartment. It's undercover in a secure car park on the basement level which you'd be welcome to use (although it's a pretty small one if you have a big car). Nathan and I don't have cars so it's all yours. It's $28 per week for the parking space.
