Hi, I'm Tileena (but you can call me til if you’d like)! I'm looking for someone (female, single mothers etc) to team up with and create a cozy home we actually love. I'm focusing on the Springfield area (and anywhere within 15/20 minutes) to stay close to my daughters' school. I would consider a different location 😊
I have two girls, almost 9 and youngest is 3 and our dog Moose also 3, who is a total sweetheart once he's had time to warm up to you.
I'm a reliable tenant on a stable disability payment, so rent is always my top priority. I'm also medical cannabis approved and I also smoke cigarettes (outside only).
I already have the "big" stuff covered-fridge, washer, dryer, and lounge furniture, so we can focus on making your space and our shared areas feel like home. I haven’t bought a dining table yet! My budget is $400-$450 a week for rent. With utilities, internet etc I’m happy to obviously split it so it’s even. making this a super affordable way for you to live in a beautiful, spacious 4-5 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
