Our share house has been purposely set up to provide a warm and comfortable living environment for 3 boarders. It's very quiet here with no noise or disturbances. It is designed for peaceful, independent living.

There are lovely gardens with roses and raised beds for growing herbs and veggies.

Located in the heart of Springfield Lakes, it is within easy-walking distance of the Orion Shopping Centre, the University of Southern Queensland and the Springfield Central train station.

The Bedroom has a plush single size bed and is fully furnished with a lockable door, pure cotton bed linen and towels.

Best suited for a single person who is not too tall. We uphold traditional Christian values.

The room has its own air conditioner and in the kitchen there is a large fridge for each room. There is no need to share a fridge. Each room also has its own dining table.

There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen and large pantry where you have your own shelf.

There is a shared bathroom with full-length bath and separate shower and there is a separate toilet. The laundry offers a front-loading washing machine and dryer.

Cleaning is shared amongst the tenants.

The rent includes all bills such as electricity, water, gas stove and hot water, and high-speed internet with fiber to the modem.

Rent is in advance with two weeks’ notice to leave. There is a 2 week bond.
