We’re Craig and Josh, a friendly couple who own this lovely home in Springwood. We both work fulltime in IT and Managment and rent out a few rooms to help with the housing shortage, as well as to support ongoing renovations to make the place even better. We’re relaxed, respectful, and enjoy keeping the home clean, comfortable, and drama-free. We’re always up for a friendly chat, but also value personal space and privacy.
You’ll be sharing the home with two fantastic long-term housemates:
👩🦰 Vanessa, who went to high school with Craig and has become like extended family, and
👨🦳 Gary, who initially just needed a room and has now been with us for almost two years — a kind, respectful, and easygoing presence in the house.
