10 minute walk to University of Queensland campus.
5 minute walk to post office, IGA supermarket, doctors, cafes, restaurants.
15 minute walk to the golf course.
Plenty of direct bus transfers to the city from in front of the house or from UQ.
No washing machine included but connections are set up for you to connect one.
Kitchenette has a stovetop, and a full size fridge, and plenty of cabinet storage space.
There is also the garage for you to store some things, though the space is limited.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, water, and internet will be split 50/50 unless tenants uselessly and excessively constantly run the air-con or leave lights on etc. in which case the split would be revised. It really does rack up the bill and no one can afford that in this economy.
Electricity and water bills come every three months. Internet is monthly.
Rainwater is connected to laundry and toilets. Town water for all taps and showers.

Working professional and full time student, with a beautiful and calm border collie called Kasper.
We keep a very regular lifestyle - busy with commitments in the week, and generally laid back weekends.
Donata is home over the weekends, and works regular weekday hours leaving around 7 and back around 4. Olivia will be in and out during the week and weekends. Kasper is there all the time.
We sometimes have people over, or play music over weekend nights, but are otherwise not boisterous or unruly. Just regular adults really.
Preferably an adult student or working professional, or even retiree.
Absolutely NO smoking in or around the property. If you vape, please do so on your balcony or outside or by a window.
Respect for the shared spaces is important, as is appropriate use of the space (balcony, laundry, and garden included).
