Large Queen sized room available in spacious and well lit top floor St Lucia apartment (King sized bed in photos - so heaps of room!) Only 1 of 3 apartments in complex. Room has large built ins. Floor to ceiling mirrors, and two windows. Apartment and room has great natural light, breeze, aircon and room comes with 1x car space (or storage area). The room is unfurnished. Shared bathroom with only one other person (as master has private ensuite.)
3 bedrooms in total. Nice layout with large balcony with awesome city and river views.
2 mins walk to bus stop and 7 min walk city cat. 15 min walk to Toowong Shopping Village. Close to UQ as well obviously.
Looking for someone who is chill, happy to share some chats and banter, keeps things clean and tidy by helping maintain shared spaces. Respectful that we are all using a shared space, but also want you to feel comfortable in your new home.
Existing tenants are 30+ years old. 1st is at uni working and 1 is a full time worker in the city. Looking for similar minded people.

You’ll be living with Blair, mid 30s working professional who enjoys the city cat ride every day to get to his teaching position in the city.
Lived and taught languages overseas. Enjoys a balanced life. Easy going and good communicator.
Monica is the other house mate. Early 30s. She is studying at the university of Queensland and also working. Originally from Ecuador, but loving the Australian life. Very friendly and easy going.
Everyone is happy to have a chat after work, but also lives their own lives.
You’ll need to move onto the lease, and provide the realestate with bank statements to be approved.
