The room is a breezy, light-filled, huge room with an entire wall of windows offering amazing views of the Brisbane mountains and gorgeous sunsets — especially stunning in winter! The room also has direct access to a balcony, perfect for sunset watching or just relaxing with a cup of tea.
The room is fully equipped with a comfortable bed, nightstand table, wardrobe, shelf, standing fan, and air conditioning. I’ll also provide linen and warm blankets to keep you snug during the cooler months. There’s a desk and chair available in the shared office space, which can be moved into the room if you’d prefer a private setup for work or study. You’ll be sharing a beautiful, big bathroom with just one other housemate

The house has a nice vintage feel, full of charm and character, in a quiet neighbourhood with a great location and friendly, easygoing flatmates. It’s well connected with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away (routes 414, 411, 428, and 432). We’re about 7 km from the city, 2.5 km from UQ, 2.5 km from Toowong Village, and just 3 km from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre — plus a convenience store and cafes only 5 minutes away on foot.
The whole house is fully furnished and shared with two great guys, a PhD student and a postdoctoral researcher at UQ. It’s a peaceful, tidy, and respectful environment that’s great for studying, working, or relaxing. I can also lend you a bike if you want to ride to UQ or explore the area.

We are friendly, eco-conscious, and usually busy with our work. At home, we like to chat, cook, and share a drink, but enjoy quiet time and privacy. We are looking for a third person to move into my room in our house for 3 MONTHS only, as I am going away.
