Description of the home
The room for rent is actually 2 rooms, the "living room" and "sun room" have been turned into a bedroom and office space. There will be a queen sized loft bed already in the room. There is a reverse air conditioner in the "bed room" . There is currently no wardrobe but I am intending to buy one for the room.
There is a shared fridge (no freezer) and shared storage in the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a bench top dishwasher in the kitchen.
There is space in the driveway to park. An garden shed for storage.
Bills included: internet, utilities and dinners. I will cook dinner for both myself and you. Be warned, I have a few cats so you must be an animal lover. Though the cats will be kept out of your space.
There is a shopping centre with a Woolworths and Aldi a block over. There is also a bus stop right outside that have frequent and multiple lines that run to the city
