2 ROOMS AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER. Looking for a quiet space that's got good access to amenities? We have 3 rooms upstairs in our recently renovated two- storey furnished house close to John Bray Park. We live downstairs.
Great access to local facilities:
• 3 min drive or hop on the bus (500m walk) to Strathpine Centre for all your shopping needs (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Target, Big W, gym).
• Short walk (650m) to Bray Park train station and 6 min train ride to Petrie for UniSc, 45 min train ride to Toowong for University of Queensland, St Lucia.
What you’ll have at home:
• A bedroom with ducted air con, ceiling fan, desk, built in wardrobe and queen size bed.
• Own furnished lounge, dining room, kitchen/laundry, bathroom, sunroom
• Shared deck with views over the park.
• Access to the pool (maintained by the owners)
• Limited off street/unlimited on-road parking
All you need is to bring yourself, bedding/towels and your personal effects to feel at home!
What are we looking for from you:
• Clean, quiet and tidy
• Non smoker/vaper
• No pets
• Maintain the upstairs common areas – kitchen/bathrooms. (Cleaner can be arranged at a separate cost)
• 2 weeks rent (bond) and two weeks rent in advance
Rooms available:
• Bed 1 with shared bathroom- $250 for single occupant - available from 8 Dec
• Bed 2 with shared bathroom - $250 for single occupant - available from 21 Dec
• Bed 3 with ensuite bathroom - $300 for single occupant- unavailable
• All rooms include unlimited internet
• $25 per week to cover reasonable bills (or split evenly)
