Hi my name is Leanne. My daughter is flying the nest, so I’m looking to get some people in to help pay the rent. I work 2 jobs, a part time theatre orderly at Sunnybank Private and a casual AIN for an agency. I’m very busy, and like to spend my free time chilling with friends or binge watching tv. I have a Dachshund puppy, she is scared of small children so I would ask anyone with children under 6 not to apply.

We will get along well as long as you clean up after yourself and pay your rent on time, which I feel most people do anyway 😊. Not too noisy, friendly and open. When you’re sharing a space it’s nice to be mindful of others.
Description of pets
I have a little dachshund puppy. It might take her a little to get used to someone new, but give her pats and treats and she’ll be your best friend. I wouldn’t leave anything lying around you don’t want chewed on. She is fairly well behaved, but she does have that Dachshund tempermeant and she is scared of children. Approach her gently.
