I provide beds with bedsheets & pillows but please bring or buy your own blankets or quilt & your own bath towels. The house is fully furnished. I have a washing machine , 2 refrigerators , stand fan desk fan & the lounge area is aircon. There is a large swimming pool but it is not a party house. No sleep overs . The house have a polished timbers all through out. And the neighbours are very quite.

About the occupants
I have 2 well- behave student tenants (Abete - 20 years old uni student at UQ University and he is from Kirabis near Fiji aand he is on scholarship and his wife is arriving in 1 month and so as his friend! His friend is also on scholarship program at UQ University. The other tenant I havei is staying in the small room named Justin - 24 years old. He works at a hotel in Brisbane City. They are very quite and friendlyI There is an indian guy moving in today in the garage. He is a Chef in a Cafe. I have no pet, It's not allowed . I go out on Fridays & Saturday night with my friends! I dont smoke and I am not a big drinker , just 1 to 3 beers makes me tipsy already! I love going to karaoke pub wit my friends! :-)
