Very large and spacious room. Doors open out to front deck verandah. Room includes desk and chair and very big cupboards with lots of space and a ceiling fan. Dinner can be offered some nights for extra fee (around ten dollars a meal).

City council bus 123 is a 2 minute walk to bus stop. Takes you to mains rd, Sunnybank restaurant and to Garden City. House is also not far from Sunnybank Train station, close to Ipswich motorway and motorways to Gold and Sunshine Coast.
Family of four. Children spend time in another home with their mother. My wife is Mexican and speaks Spanish and I am Australian.
House is tidy and comfortable, quiet neighborhood and we have a cat name Milo
