Looking for a responsible and friendly individual to join my household in Taigum, Brisbane!
Quiet neighbourhood, Safe area, Great friendly neighbours, Currently parking only available in driveway or on the street.

Location:
Conveniently situated near bus stops, shopping centres, and parks.

Room Details:
One unfurnished bedroom available with a built-in cupboard.
Main bathroom and toilet (may become shared if a third tenant moves in the future).

Shared Amenities:
Full access to shared furniture, Electrical Appliances and kitchen items.
Internet access not included.
Utility bills divided evenly among tenants.

Move-in Date:
May 22nd, or earlier if arranged.

Rent Options:
$300 per week for two rooms and a private bathroom,
OR
$150 per week for one room with shared bathroom.

Bond:
2 weeks' rent in advance.


Requirements:
Prefer working individuals or students.
No couples.
Must meet real estate requirements for approval.
3-month trial period before joining formal lease.

House Rules:
Prefer non-smoker, No recreational drugs, or Wild parties.
Social drinkers welcome.
No pets allowed.
Shared access to kitchen, lounge room, family room, and outdoor area.
Electricity and water bills split every 3 months.
Purchase your own individual groceries and household items.
Additional Information:
Must be comfortable with dogs as the primary tenant occasionally foster dog for the AWL.
Possibility to include use of Separate fridge.
Possibility to have access to linen.
