I do like to keep my house clean and tidy but also I may look a little bit disorganised.
It is a great neighbourhood, with great neighbours, they are not always bothering me, but are there if I need them.
The location doesn’t get much traffic in the street, in fact residents and visitors seem to be the only ones to drive down it.
It is very quiet, with the occasional sirens off in the distance going down the freeway.
The location is perfectly situated between 2 shopping centres, one with Cole’s and Aldi and the other with Woolworths and Big W and other specialty shops as well as a doctor’s surgery and dentist clinic.
Public transport by bus is only 10 to 15 minute walk away. The closest train station is about 10 to 15 minutes by car.
You get your own bedroom and bathroom as well as a spare area for yourself and a spare room to do what you want with it.
I do definitely want someone who is employed, A minimum of 2 days a week employment would be sufficient.
Access to household furniture, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, linen, and kitchen items is available.
Currently no under cover parking, but ample driveway parking.
Approval from real estate is also applicable.
Lease ends on the 21st May, so it will only be for 3 months here, then I would be interested in finding a place with you to rent for a year or longer.

I have a 7 year old cavoodle and foster a dog sometimes as well.
I like to play board games and chill out occasionally in front of the tv. I also enjoy going out and attending events with the over 50’s social group.
I support NSW in the state of origin(sorry to offend you) I follow the knights in the rugby league, and support Essendon in the AFL.
I am happy to have a chat with you, but also value my spare time chilling out on my own occasionally.
I like to attend trivia events and go to rodeos.
I don’t smoke, and on the rare occasion
I like to have a glass or two of Mosscato, or a couple of coolers of vodka and orange etc.
I love to listen to country music and singers and bands from the 1960’s onwards. I am also a big Elvis fan, enjoy doing crafts and jigsaws on the rare occasion.
