Hi everyone! ☺️

My housemate and I are looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home! Our current housemate has caught the travel bug and is heading off on another adventure, so we’ll have a room available from 29th of August.

The link below has all the details about the room and pictures attached . We’re ideally looking for a female in their 20s or 30s who is friendly, respectful, and looking for a relaxed place to call home long term.

A few things to note:
* Located in Taigum North Brisbane
* $220 per week
* Bills are not included in the rent.
* Internet is $35 per month.
* Electricity and other household bills are split evenly between the three housemates.
* We already have one very loved cat, so unfortunately we aren’t able to accommodate any additional pets.
* There will be a bond to pay
* The room comes unfurnished, the rest of the house is completely furnished.

One of the hidden gems of the house is the backyard. It has plenty of potential and, if you have a green thumb or enjoy gardening, we’d love to see someone bring the garden back to life and make it their own little project. 🌿

Our home is relaxed and peaceful rather than a party house, but we always enjoy the occasional movie night, shared dinner, or chat together. We’re looking for someone who values a comfortable, easy-going home and enjoys living in a respectful and welcoming environment.
