You’ll have your own bedroom and more or less your own bathroom (however you will need to share it when people come over, and it also has the laundry in it). The bedroom has built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Free street parking available once you apply for residential parking permit, otherwise you can organise a parking spot from one of the other residents.
Building has a pretty well appointed gym (substantially updated from the new upload photo).
Property is furnished, you’ll just have to sort out your bedroom.
Lease expires November 2022, however I will be renewing
