House is situated in leafy quiet street, lots of nature vibes with mountain views. But only 15 minutes from the city and close to public transport and shops.
The house has just been renovated, has ducted AC in all the rooms, a large terrace and backyard, BBQ, hammock and lot's of space to chill.
The rooms are furnished, but you're welcome to bring your own furniture and have air-conditioning.
You'll be sharing with me, I'm Matt :-) recently moved to Brisbane from Sydney. I'm into art, live gigs and miss the beach so I like to head down the coast surfing on the weekends. I'm after someone is chilled, can pay the rent and clean up after themselves.
