Hi my name is Olive:) I’m 20 and studying a diploma in sustainable living and I am a support worker. I’m looking for 1 more roommate as current roommates are leaving the area.
The lease is periodic so there is no end date (my roommate and I are hoping to stay for like 6 months). The property is selling so we will have to vacate as soon as it does but the real estate has to give 2 months notice to vacate. So move in from 25th of August will be a stay of 2 months (minimum) depending on when property sells.
Located in beautiful breezy Thorneside for $200 per week (per room) (bills not included) It has an Air conditioned living space and a lovely deck with views of Tingalpa creek.
Just a 10 min walk from Thorneside station and beach + 5 min drive from birkdale shops.
5 min walk to local conveniences such as cafe, bottle’o , pharmacy and fish and chips shop and laundromat. The shop keepers are lovely and have very fair prices.
Currently no internet but happy to get some.
Electricity is not included in rent and is split.
