-5 minutes from the shops, mechanics, hairdressers etc
-5 minutes from the water (I bike ride about 6km to the water everyday)
-Master bedroom + 2 other bedrooms
-I’ll be in the master bedroom (I’ll be travelling a lot so the house will be empty for long periods of time)
-I’m offering either a) a bedroom to one roommate with shared study, or b) 2 roommates (1 in each room) to cut the cost
-each bedroom is 3.2mx3.2m
-one bedroom has a wardrobe which cuts into the 3.2x3.2 space but provides storage
-I have two cats that are very friendly
-flatmates would have full access to the main bathroom (I have my own)
-shared spaces include: Loungeroom, kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard
-shared appliances: slow cooker, airfryer, oven, stove, fridge, washing machine/dryer, loungeroom heater, coffee frother, blender (the kitchen is a decent size, but there is not enough room for anymore appliances or cutlery etc- you would have your own small cupboard for any extras)
-you would have the entire bathroom cabinet, a shared pantry space, shared fridge space and your own cupboard for a small collection of appliances etc

However it is very important that the shared spaces are kept clean and tidy at all times:
-All personal belongings in their own bedrooms not left out in the shared space
-bathroom kept moderately clean
-shared responsibilities around the house- vacuuming, mopping, surfaces clean, kitchen clean, mowing etc
-respect for space and noise
-anything that is broken or damaged by the roommate has to be replaced or paid for by the roommate responsible
Just general respect for other people’s space and belongings is the bottom line

They’re not allowed outside, I will consider other pets in the household if they are cat friendly. I love these cats so I will be very careful and selective with potential pets as I care about their health and safety the most
