Smaller house but very central it actually has 4 full rooms plus the dining and a lounge area but I still only want 2 people be living here so it’s quiet, peaceful and tidy with no arguments and plenty of room for both of us whether you are male or female.

Tingalpa shops are about 200 metres away.

I live at one end of the house and you would live at the other with a fully furnished lounge room and dining room that I never use in the middle, that is mostly for your use as I use the media room as my lounge room.

Place is fully furnished (by me) and has a shed and garage as well as a TV in every room and Virtual reality and Netflix etc. etc.

I like to be comfy so you get to be too. ☺️

Hi, I am 60 years old and medically retired. My kids are mostly grown and my flatmate was forced to go back to Melbourne to take care of her dad.
The full rent here is $860 a week. I am paying the extra $100 a week because I have the master bedroom. There is a spare room that isn’t currently being used for anything except guests as I have an office setup next to the kitchen that we can share.
