About the house:
-A beautiful and breezy 3br Queenslander in Toowong, has an AC in the living room perfect for summer
-Bus stop 4-6 min walk, Toowong train station & Toowong Village 10 min walk, Auchenflower train station 15 min walk
-Lots of space to lounge (spacious back deck, front balcony, living room, back/frontyard)
-fully equipped kitchen and laundry (no dryer though)
-1 bathroom & 1 toilet for all 3 tenants to share
-Roadside free car parking, option to park under the house if needed.
-Internet yes ($26.70 each per month)
-Pet is fine (need to let real estate know. Previous housemate had a dog and we loved him!) We currently have 2 ginger cats, 1 and half years old (Simon and Garfunkel) very chill and quiet. Bring your pets to inspection if you can and we can meet them and our cats can meet them too.
About the room:

-1 AC unit in the lounge room just outside the room for rent which will keep your room cool in the hottest parts of summer, airflow in the house is really good
- Can come with king single bed, bed side table, black tall boy, and open wardrobe if you like. We are well experienced with picking up furniture in hired vans, so if you need our help/advice, just ask us.
-Rent: $220 per week not including bills (approx $200 per quarter) + bond 4 weeks rent ($880). Total lease is $700 per week.
-Lease ends Sept 2025

We're Nick and Maddie, we're a couple and looking for a new housemate.
We are easy going and keep to ourselves but also enjoy mingling with the new housemate. We like to cook, watch movies, karaoke sometimes and go out for trips on weekends. We've previously had housemates with pet dogs and it's been wonderful to have, so if you have a pet they are most welcome. Not a deal breaker if you don't.

Maddie, 28, she/her
Working full-time in finance Monday-Friday. Likes my personal space and quiet time but of course do like to socialise from time to time. Also decorates the house and likes cleaning. Also does yoga/pilates most days of the week.
Nick, 29, he/him
Working as a massage therapist (Tuesday-Saturday) at 2 different clinics. Occasionally have a client in the home clinic which is situated in the dining room next to kitchen in the house. I am easy going and do my best to keep the house and yard tidy for all to enjoy.
We're a couple and like to do most of things together like cooking, eating, movies, etc but also open to hang out with housemate.
