The unit low-down
I'm leasing one bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Toowong. Only one bedroom is going to be rented so with you there'll be a grand total of 2 people, plus a cat duo. It's a shoes-off house.

The balcony faces the road and gets the morning sun - perfect for morning coffee. If you'd prefer to go out for your caffeine there's a couple of coffee shops around the corner and more hills than I'm willing to count. The apartment is well lit with blackout blinds everywhere but the office.

Transport
There's plenty of street parking available and bus stops at most corners with 470 and 416 pass by regularly. 20minutes to the city. Route 415 has about a 15minute walk to the closest stop. Plenty of on-street parking.

Social side of life
I'd like to keep it a home sanctuary so it's not a party house/complex at all. I'm a once in a blue moon drinker and nonsmoker. I rarely have people over (normally for crochet and tea), and always give a heads up.

The neighbours are very sweet and friendly so I'd like the new household member to be respectful of them as well. We are all very much animal and plant people. The complex is definitely not composed of extroverts and we have a healthy respect for quiet nights.

Internet $30 a month, or can include in the rent if it's easier for you.

Electricity monthly, split between 2. I rarely find a need for the aircon between the cross breeze and fans.
