Hi I'm looking to move out end of June as my partner and I have just purchased our first home.
All the bedrooms but one are upstairs. You would be in the downstairs bedroom with your shower being downstairs also, however it is in the laundry, so shower would be yours only but others will be using the laundry. Happy to send more photos of the home if requested.

Jaime – 23. Lived in the house for 3 years now. Bubbly personality, loves a trip to the markets and a late night coffee.
Katie – 23. Moved from Cairns to Brissy 4 years ago. Works in hospo, full-time plant mum. Currently spending her evenings and weekends crocheting a jumper, learning the guitar, and drawing.
James – 24. Moved from Manchester England to Brissy in January. Main loves are Golf and Soccer but they come second to drinking and offering to make cups of tea for everyone.
Harry – 25 and a genuine lifesaver (average lifeguard). Proper Newcastle boy who has curated the best playlist ever. Loves a run, a bit of a boogie, impeccable sense of humour.
Everyone gets along super well and loves to have a house games night every now and again with a few drinks.
