The successful applicant will be clean, considerate and financially reliable, with a stable routine and lifestyle. This is not a party household.
Occasional visitors are welcome; however, this is not a high-traffic home. The property is best suited to a single occupant.
There are two small dogs in the home, so the applicant must be comfortable around pets.
The complex is electronically secured and fitted with security cameras throughout common areas, providing a safe and secure environment.
Rent is $410 per week and includes electricity, gas and internet. A bond and two weeks’ rent in advance will be required.
