Room is unfurnished. I have a Queen Bed frame in storage if desired but would limit room for a desk. Photos show a blow up Queen Bed as currently in use as a guest room. Bathroom available is the main and also contains washer & dryer. Predominately sole use but expect visitors able to use loo and I would be using laundry facilities.

Unit is a good size with lovely kitchen, large lounge / dinning area with aircon. Furnished with large top quality leather suite. Main bathroom would be primarily for flat-mate's use (visitors would use loo & washing machine in this room). Site is well maintained with on site, friendly manager. Fantastic, very large sized balcony is very private. Outdoor dining area under cover. Hard flooring except for bedrooms.

Bills and expenses

Electricity would be an even split. Internet and Netflix are available free of charge as I would be paying this anyway. Currently water rates are not passed on but there is the option in the lease for this to occur. If this did happen I would be splitting this 50/50. I am a good cook and would prefer a shared food arrangement but happy to discuss otherwise. (separate cupboard is available for splitting food if required).

About occupants
I am a well traveled 50yr+ single woman working for a health accreditation not for profit. I can and often do work from home several days a week. Work area is in living room but no issue with someone watching TV with headphones. I currently do not own a TV as I find I watch most of what I want on my tablet or PC but connectors are all there should you want to have one.
I am well read and have an interest in current affairs both domestic and international. While living in the UK in the 90's, I competed in the original format of Master Chef and hold degrees in both Hospitality Management and Finance. I enjoy entertaining at home with dinner parties every couple of months and am pretty quiet otherwise. As I am immune impaired I avoid large groups.
Compatible people
I am looking for someone who is happy to do their bit to maintain a tidy and drama free home. I hope to be able to develop a friendship with my flatmate and share meals and the odd drink but I want my own space and expect they will to. Happy to respect that. No issue in having friends for a meal, hang out or overnight within reason, for example 5-6 times a month.
Description of pets
Currently do not have one but have permission from the owner to get a cat. Currently, heavy workload precludes me from sourcing such but happy to share with a cat owner.
