Home Description
Description of the home
A stones throw from IGA and convenient bus stops. This 1970's 2nd floor apartment is a light, airy and traditional home. With ceiling fans and a large private, rear facing balcony, you'd have city views over your morning Coffee or evening drink.
The living room and kitchen are a decent size, with patio doors on one side and a door to a front walkway on the other, allowing for cool breezes when open. Plenty of room to bring your things and feel at home.
The shared bathroom is fully tiled, with a heat lamp, extractor and a fantastic traditional/monsoon combination shower with ample pressure. Great after a hard day!
There's also a lockable storage cubby in the back of the garage, where you'll find a brand new Washer, Dryer and enclosed washing line.

I love fitness, football, trivia, a good meal, stimulating conversation and travel a bit for work, so you'd have plenty of space and time to feel at home. I'm also a lifelong Guitar player, but keep it all in headphones between 7pm-10am so no concerns about noise. I'm also weird for a musician in that rather enjoy the quiet too.
