Very large bedroom furnished or a slightly smaller bedroom unfurnished (if you would like to negotiate a rate for this room), high ceilings with ceiling fans. Aircon in main living areas. To share with one other (myself) and 2 fur baby French Bulldogs. You can have your own bathroom. Just a short 200m walk to the esplanade and small beach. Bus stop near the corner, shops 3 min drive away, Sirromet winery 10 min drive away, lovely bike tracks at the end of the street. Home is large with modern appliances, relaxed feeling, Buddha garden, balcony, outside parking. Amazon, Stan, Netflix included. Electricity expenses shared.

My lifestyle is relaxed, clean and tidy, respectful and independent. Looking for a similar person, ideally 30+ female working full time. Shared house duties within reason. Good sense of humour.
