Located in a quiet neighbourhood, in a bright and airy townhouse with living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Air-conditioned to main living areas, and it is fully furnished. The complex has two pools, BBQ entertainment area, and a tennis court. Also included is unlimited hi-speed internet, electricity, water and cleaning to common areas. This is a non-smoking, no heavy drinking and no drug use house.
One large air-conditioned bedroom is available with a built in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, a study area, plenty of storage, a king sized bed and flat screen smart TV. It shares a separate main bathroom with two others. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent on arrival. Two weeks notice to vacate is required.
Friends are welcome to visit. Linen is supplied if required.
