Modern peaceful spacious townhouse overlooking parklands. Great location, close to parklands and Warner marketplace shops.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, in a bright and airy townhouse with living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Air-conditioned to main living areas, and it is fully furnished. The complex has two pools, BBQ entertainment area, and a tennis court. Also included is unlimited hi-speed internet, electricity, water and cleaning to common areas. This is a non-smoking, no heavy drinking and no drug use house.

Two rooms are available and are located on the second floor of the townhouse.
1: A large air-conditioned bedroom is available with a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage, a ceiling fan, a study area, a king sized bed and a flat screen smart TV.
2:The second room includes a queens size bedroom suite, a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage, a ceiling fane, study area, a queens sized bedroom suite and a flat screen smart TV.

There is a shared main bathroom.

For each room two weeks bond and two weeks rent on arrival. Two weeks notice to vacate is required.

Friends are welcome to visit. Linen is supplied if required.
