Each room is approximately 3m x 3m and includes a built-in wardrobe.

I have ordered brand new furniture, so everything will be fresh and comfortable for the new tenants.

Rental Options & Price

• $295 per week for one room (all bills and toiletries included)
• $550 per week for two rooms (all bills and toiletries included)

I also enjoy gardening and growing vegetables, and the house has a beautiful garden bed with flowers.

There is also a BBQ area outside, which is perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals.
