I am a 52yr old male and professional shift worker my partner 41yrs is also a shift worker and we looking for a person to rent a room in our house which I own. The place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a big block. You will have your own bathroom for 95% of the time during your stay. You will have your own large size fridge. The bedroom now includes a queen bed, built in wardrobe, wall mounted smart tv and split system air conditioning. The house is 3km from the train station and a short walk to shops(IGA), Alexandra Hills Tafe and bus stops.

To apply you must be clean and tidy with a respect for others property. We do need someone quiet as we are shift workers. We are looking for a 35 plus single female to rent the room as this has worked well in the past. You must also be pet friendly as we have two pet cats. We rent a room in the house now and then and thus far had some lovely people stay our last stayed for two years.

I am sorry but we wont be able to take someone with pets, children or partners as we need a quiet house, thanks for understanding.

Bills and expenses

Internet, Gas are included in rent. However due to the rising cost of electricity we would expect a contribution come electricity bill time for that bill only.
