Description of the home
A 25-minute walk to the city, with Coles/Woolworths/Aldi within an 8-minute walk. Public transport easily gets you to the City, Southbank and UQ.
All amenities within the house are shared, but the house is almost like two apartments, so there are three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen in each "apartment". The house is three levels, and you have two sets of stairs to reach your bedroom (at the entry and inside).
The housemate moving out got a job in rural QLD. She expected to move out around the 17th, so we are looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease around that date.
Double bed in photos for reference, room is 3m x 2.9m. You'll also share bathroom with one other person
