This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living room house with two rooms available for rent. It also includes 2 outdoor living areas with 6 couches, 8 seater tables plus fire pit and pizza oven.

The kitchen has been completely redone within the last 4 months so all cabinets and appliances (other than Fridge) are completely brand new and of high-quality appliances (Miele).

In addition to this, the garden of the property undergoes semi-regular maintenance by a gardener and is included within the bills, along with electricity, water, and if desired Prime and Crunchyroll.

Both rooms contain both fans, air conditioning plus electric shutter windows so the rooms stay extra dark in the morning. The bathroom is shared and has both a shower and bath, with separate toilet so there isn’t a constant lineup for the bathroom.

About occupants
I am seeking 2 flatmates to live with a single female in her early thirties (and her two little dogs). I own my own business (marketing consultant) and utilise the 4th, smallest unconditioned, bedroom as my personal study/official office. Whilst I run my business from home I am often out of the house during the weekdays either visiting clients onsite, in other countries for work or helping to care for my sick parents.

Overall I keep a tidy (but not immaculate) home, and ensure to keep things clean and put away after use in the kitchen etc. The dogs whilst small are 8 years old so are not super active, but do love TLC and fuss. They would not want to live with another dog fulltime, but are happy for visits and overnight stays. They are not cat friendly.

Someone clean, friendly with stable income. Whilst I am a complete homebody, the roommates do not need to be and can have people over etc. just with more then a few hours notice.
Description of pets
Two shoodle dogs 8 years old, not super playful, they can interact with other dogs but not ideal for long-term living the occasional overnight etc. they will tolerate.
