Quiet area. Close to shops, cafes, and just a few minutes from Orion Shopping Centre. It's a peaceful and relaxed home. We love sharing and enjoy each other's company. We will often share meals and do our bit towards household duties. Home is really clean, fully furnished with comfortable furniture and furnishings. (We even have our own coffee machine!) You would have access to the spare fridge in the garage and space in the pantry.
We also have a beautiful Groodle who loves on everybody equally! She was chosen for her non allergenic non shedding coat (She has wool not hair) and next to no doggie odour. (She usually smells of aftershave or perfume from all the loving!)
I supply all bedding and towels, all freshly laundered. Consumables, including toilet rolls cleaning products, milk, are also provided.

Beautiful new home. 2 living areas. Fully air conditioned, fully furnished with modern comfortable furniture. The room on offer has a double wardrobe with a queen bed and 2 bedside tables. Mattress is only a few months old. We have an overflow fridge/freezer. Half the fridge will be for your exclusive use. Internet is provided as is NETFLIX and STAN.
