Bathroom is clean and oversized with washing machine provided. There is also a garage with plenty of storage space and parking if you need. I park on the street and there is always space around.

The apartment block is only 8 units, with a large outdoor space in the back with a community garden. All the neighbours are nice and friendly. It's located on a quiet street in close proximity to the Wilston train station (2min walk) which takes you to the city in no time. The Wilston village, full of cafes and restaurants, is a 5min walk to north. To the south is Enoggera creek and with parklands approximately a 7 min walk.

The room available is large (4.2m x 2.4m) and has a south facing window looking out to established trees, very private. There is a ceiling fan in the room and split system A/C.
