Any issues with other tenants small or big can be attentioned via txt to the home owner and will be addressed promptly in a kind manner only.
1. Rent has to be paid on time same day each week/fortnight
2. I have my 3 kids living with me 1 week out of the fortnight But they are not loud during sleeping hours and the week i dont have my kids its super quite.
3. Save power where u can if yr not using it
4. Clean up after yrself/ shared bathroom and toilet cleaning when its starting to look unclean in there. Bathroom cleaner sink and toilet, floor cleaner vacuum and mop cheers
5. I have cats they all live out side u won't see them.
