I have 1 room available.

The Bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe, desk and chair.

Room is $180 week
All bills and internet included

Unfortunately No Smokers and No Pets

The house is a very spacious 2 story home situated in Woolloongabba. Upstairs and downstairs both have its own separate living and modern kitchen. The house is situated only 3km to the city, and jus moments from Cafes, Gym, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Hanaromart.

It's very convenient to public transport, only 600 meters away from the Buranda Train station, Busway and Bikeway. We are also only a short 1km walk to the Princes Alexander hospital and just under 3km to the QUT Gardens Point and a 4min Bus to University of Queensland.

A fully maintained swimming pool is available where you can cool down during the hot Brisbane summer.

Price includes; cable Internet, all utilities and linen if required.

All girls currently living in the house are students and It is a very quiet, social and respectful household. Not looking for people who might consider this a party house. Donˋt mind having people over from time to time. However not regularly. I like to be up front as this home might not suit everyone.

Prefer long term tenants if possible :)
