it comes with a parking lot, i dont drive so whoever lives with me is free to have it.
the space is well lit and ventilated, we have never had any issues with pests, amenities are good (gym/pool/bbq)
the interior of the home is new and spacious, comes with kitchen appliances like fridge, oven and microwave and plenty of storage space. it also comes with a dual function washer/dryer.
the living room includes a couch that was purchased by my housemate and i.
there is a study desk in the living area and space for a laundry rack by the window as well
location of the home is a 10 minute walk from coles and woolloongabba station, 15 minute walk from woolies/south city square, plenty of express buses going to the city, less than 20 minute commute to UQ lakes.

Moved to Brisbane 2 years ago from Singapore to do my degree and have been living in this apartment with a friend for slightly more than a year
