Plenty of storage both in the house but also under the house (totally lockable on an even surface slab, remote garage).
The place is fully furnished (including all white goods) EXCEPT for the bedroom, so you will need your own bedroom furniture (at least a bed for now).
Off-street and undercover parking if required (tandem).

I like my space but also love socialising, so ideally I’d like a housemate who can read the room and have a yarn over cooking some nights, or just have quiet time in front of the telly when we’re zapped from work. Ideally you’re someone who also doesn’t mind a wild night here or there but who is mostly health conscious and enjoys making the most of the weekend.
I tend to have a busy weeknight schedule but recent times have made me realise that quiet weeknights are actually bliss! I exercise most days - sometimes morning and evening (the life of a dog owner!). Social drinker, only really weekends unless there's a particularly good wine to crack after a particularly big day at work.
