Inspections available from 10/05 on weekday evenings and anytime on weekends. Photos will be updated once move out is finished. I've also changed it to include bills.

Whole apartment available for at least 10 months, possibly longer/permanently. En-suite bedroom is only available for 10ish months because I (owner) will possibly be moving back in, the second bedroom will be available indefinitely. 2 bed 2 bath furnished with queen beds, bedside tables and drawers.

Located on the edge of Wooloowin and Lutwyche. 10min walk from Wooloowin train station, and 5 min from Lutwyche bus interchange station and shopping centre. Building has secure entryway and elevator requires RFID for access each floor

Furnished with couch and tables, washer and heat pump dryer, balcony table and chairs

Kitchen comes with dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, electric oven, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans.

Air-conditioning in loungeroom, fan in bedroom. Usually has nice breezes with all windows open and doesn't get too hot or cold.
