The house is shared with one couple, (Leena 33 and myself) then theres two singles, male and female both around 30, all working professionals in their own routines. Everyone's easy going, tidy, respectful, and enjoys a good laugh.
It's definitely not a party house, but we're happy to share a drink or casual hangout now and then. The place is usually quiet during the week and weekends while people are out and about
Plenty of space for everyone shared areas like the living room, media room, kitchen, backyard, and pool feel open and relaxed, never overcrowded.
