Description of the home
This is a renovated cottage 5 doors up from the esplanade. It has 2 x rooms which can take up to queen sized loft bed materesses with stairs. Great study desks in both rooms. The 3rd room is smaller and suited to a single bed. All bedrooms have aircon. Great sized lounge with deck. New kitchen including Dishwashers and an extra kitchenette down stairs with a fridge, office and storage. This is attached to an addition at the back but separated which we live in. There is no yard so its like an appartment and not suited to pets. No smoking and not suited to kids under 7yrs. Close to shops, transport and entertainment. Looking for quiet respectful working people to share with each other. Require proof of income and rental references.
