Up for grabs is the master bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) complete with reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV, walk in robe, and ensuite bathroom. This room is a generous size, with plenty of natural light and privacy from the rest of the house, with access directly from the entry hallway. The 3 additional bedrooms are all located at the opposite end of the house - along with the main bathroom and separate toilet.
The rest of the house is fully equipped for relaxation, entertainment, cooking, laundry etc. Main living space has AC/Heater unit. Garage space available for storage if needed.
Small covered back patio overlooking the backyard.
Security cameras are installed around the outside of the property.

Quiet street, plenty of street parking. 8 mins drive to the bayside - Wynnum/Manly - cafes, restaurants, markets, foreshore, Wynnum mangrove boardwalk etc. 10 mins drive to Westfield Carindale, Lindum Train Station is 10mins walk away. Dog park located across the road.

I enjoy live music, movies, chill nights in, a social beverage, watching the F1, and frequent gaming nights. The days of frequent partying at home are behind me, however casual dinner/music/outdoor fire nights & drinks with room-mates/friends definitely welcome!
I'm very easy going, love my tech, happy to chat or watch a movie on the couch, I'm also happy to retreat to my bedroom if you want some personal space in the living room. I like to keep common areas relatively clean & tidy for everyone's use. However, I understand if things aren't perfect, life happens. I appreciate mutual respect & common sense for keeping shared spaces clean & tidy.
I've lived in many a share house situation before, and therefore understand that each person has individual needs for privacy/space/social interaction. I'll happily engage in open conversation around any concerns that may arise and would appreciate the same in return.

Description of pets
Fur baby consists of one beautiful black 12 y/o male kitty, Vadar. He is quite placid & very cuddly once you get to know him, and will only bother you for pats & food (if you allow), but mostly he spends his time napping in various places around the house, or watching the cars drive past from the front window. Vadar recently lost his best fur friend/big sister (our recently passed female golden retriever), and is quite apprehensive/shy around other animals, so would prefer no additional cats or dogs. However, happy to consider if temperaments are well matched.
