I'm open to a flatmate or full house. If only for flatmate will need to discuss arrangement.
The whole house is available, 2 bedrooms up for rent + large living areas etc.
Can rent per room or whole house, however preference is for whole house rented which will give you the entire house. The listed price is for 1 person for 1 room, for couples I can rent the entire house 600pw bills included. Alternatively if you are a pair looking to share can discuss that also.
Well suited for regional workers or student etc, close to town and public transport. House is fully furnished including bedding washing machine and kitchen utensils, TV wifi full size fridge and modern kitchen.
If you are interested please send me your basic details including what you are looking for specifically. House has been rented for pas 6 months to two sets of workers on regional working visa both couples were very happy with the house and value for money.
