We have a furnished room with own bathroom available to rent in our 3 bedroom two storey townhouse based in Dunsborough Lakes.

Room details: lots of natural light & your own bathroom with a shower - not en suite.
Double bed (bedding not included), bedside table, chest of draws and desk.
Air con (we rarely use this, only during super hot summer nights)
Access to a tennis court on site and small swimming pool. 🎾 🏊🏼‍♀️
Property is in a gated community. 🔒

This would suit someone who would not be bringing many belongings - the house is furnished and you are welcome to use all kitchen appliances/ utensils etc if needed. However there is cupboard space in the kitchen for your own belongings if required.

About us:
We are a couple in our mid & late 30’s and are looking for someone of similar age to share our home with. Preferably someone who works full time or FIFO and shares similar values.
We both enjoy time spent in nature, surfing, free diving, camping etc.

Tim works from home and runs his own business 7 days a week so our lodger needs to understand and be respectful that we keep this a quiet, tidy and clutter free environment.

Katie works at a local primary school in the kindergarten as an Early childhood educator and enjoys a quiet/ calm home environment and early nights after a day of noise and over stimulation at school.
