Description of the home

Medium size room available in beautiful Riverslea. You can choose to have it fully furnished or not - comes with comfy queen size bed (with mattress topper), cosy wardrobe, drawers and side table.

Two minute drive to town or 15 minute walk. It’s a 3 bedroom house with a massive deck and outdoor area. Loads of natural light.

Dates: Move in from Saturday 19th August - up to November / December. Looking for a short term arrangement intially, possibility to become long term.

Female preferred, no pets. Looking for a down to earth human, who is respectful, has a good sense of humour and doesn’t mind a glass of wine every now and then.

Only non negotiable is you must have a full time job Monday - Friday, as I work from home during the week.

You’ll be sharing with me, a woman in her 30s who works as a video editor. I own and live in the house and keep things pretty tidy at home.

Cost: $250 per week split bills, for unlimited high speed NBN, water, electricity and gas.
