Perfectly situated half way between Busselton and Bunbury and only 10 km from Capel .
Peppermint Grove Beach holiday park has a shop and bottle shop and is a licensed restaurant open only at the weekend .
The PGB community centre offers weekly yoga and Pilates classes and a monthly coffee morning and small market .
Peppy plungers meet every Sat 7 am for a community dip in the ocean .
There is a 119 step lookout very close to the house and it actually takes only 3 mins from the kitchen to the top … the views are amazing ! And is a popular fitness hang out .
The beach is beautiful any time of the year and is a great place for a beach walk often you have the whole beach to yourself !
