This house was built in 2022 and is situated in South Bunbury in a newly developed estate. The area is nice and quiet. The beach and city centre is a 5 minute drive.
It is a very clean and well maintained home that has 3 bedrooms (one is a study), 2 bathrooms, laundry, open plan living/dining area, small courtyard and well equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is fully furnished and includes aircon/heating, a queen size bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. You would also have your own bathroom and toilet.
On street parking is available. Wifi and bills are included in the weekly rent.
Please note that this is not a party house and is a non-smoking house.
