Hello everyone,

I will be putting my 4 bedroom house in Avoca on the market for rent. I am currently renovating the house and once it is done in about 4 weeks from now I will be accepting applications.

I understand there is a rental crisis right now in Bundaberg which is why I have decided to rent out each bedroom separately. You will have access to the living room, dining area as well as the kitchen and patio at the back.

I will be renting out each room along with all the facilities of the house $230 per week. Everything else in Bundaberg for a 1 bedroom apartment is $240-280 so this will be a lot of value.
