There are two rooms available partly furnished, all rooms in the house have aircon. I plan to be living away half of the time until the right people are in the house, then I would like to move out altogether to live up on the tablelands. The house is very close to the city on a quiet street, the location is ideal and the neighbors are all great. There are shops close by and buses for transport if needed.

There are two bedrooms that are most often available, the lighter photo is the bedroom with it's own outdoor area the one that costs a little more. The darker photo is the only shot I have of that room, it is inside the house but is a decent sized room.

The house is in Edge Hill on a quiet street, there is a pool with a front deck, a back patio, two lounge rooms and two bathrooms. It's an older house with character. There are 5 rooms in total with different rooms available at different times. It is a share house (furnished) with all the cleaning roles shared. There are some small renovations that will happen to improve the space over time, I will be there with notice given, to make house improvements and to do the gardens.

About occupants
Two younger males are in the house long term, one a university student studying in Cairns and another who is working locally. There are 5 bedrooms in total, it is a great little share house not far from the city, with good public transport and shops close by. All occupants share the cleaning roles and need to work together to keep the house tidy. We are looking for tenants who are working who connect with the other tenants. I also ask that the aircons are turned off during the day, when you are not in your room or are not home, if the power bill exceeds normal limits there will then be a small extra fee divided by everyone. Compatible people
This is a great share house, we just ask what anyone would, for you to keep your space clean and share the cleaning in all of the shared spaces. I am open to short term (two months minimum) or long term for all suitable occupants. If you plan to leave, I request that you give me at least two weeks notice.
Description of pets
There are no pets and I would like no pets on the property. There are automatic security gates and I will ask that they stay closed at all times using the code provided.
